Scope overview
Department of Parks & Recreation intends to enter into sole source negotiations with SESAC LLC to provide non-exclusive licensing rights to publicly perform non-dramatic renditions of all the musical compositions for which SESAC LLC is authorized to license.
Any vendor, besides, SESAC LLC that believes it can provide the above references services is invited to express its interest by submitting a response in PASSPort.
