Scope overview

In accordance with Section 3-04(b)(2)(ii) of the Procurement Policy Board rules, DDC intends to use the Negotiated Acquisition process, to ensure continuity of Negotiated Acquisition for Requirements Contract for Job Order Contracting Systems in Connection with Various Capital Projects Citywide.
