The project involves the demolition of the current structure while ensuring the stabilization and preservation of the historic façade and stair tower.
Additionally, it includes the construction of a new eight-story community center featuring a multi-purpose room intended for public athletics, performance, and recreational activities. The project will also incorporate a Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) façade, a green roof, and solar panels on the roof. A Pre-Submission Conference will held via Teams.
