- проведення лабораторних бактеріологічних досліджень з використанням сертифікованого обладнання і залученням кваліфікованих спеціалістів
-проведення лабораторних досліджень зразків біологічних матеріалів взятих у пацієнтів,
- забезпечення Покупця необхідною кількістю одноразового стерильного посуду,
- забезпечити високу якість, безпеку і вірогідність послуг з бактеріологічних досліджень,
- зберігати лікарську таємницю, що стосується пацієнтів Покупця, за винятком випадків передбачених чинним законодавством України,
- оплата за виконання робіт проводиться помісячно: Виконавець першого робочого дня кожного місяця наступного за звітним надає Покупцю акт здачі-приймання виконаних робіт і рахунок-фактуру для оплати фактично наданих платних послуг пацієнтам Покупця за попередній місяць,
- специфікація (додаток №3) є невід'ємною частиною договору
