Провеждане на изследване, анализ и оценка на условията за трудова реализация на младежите в рамките на Община Русе чрез прилагане на подхода „отдолу-нагоре“ и на два релевантни, съвременни модела: на Четворната спирала и на Триъгълника на знанието на Европейския институт по иновации и технологии.
На база изведените резултати, предоставяне на три пилотни услуги на различни заинтересовани страни спрямо местната реализация на пазара на труда, в това число: представители на местния бизнес, общинската администрация и на образованието, във връзка с адаптирането и въвеждането на нови практики за управление и развитие на човешките ресурси, отговарящи на нуждите и потребностите на основните целеви групи по проекта (младежите в общината, вкл.
уязвимите групи) за трудовата им и/или социалната им реализация. В резултат от анализа и оценката, ще бъдат изведени препоръки, адресиращи съответните заинтересовани страни, с акцент – прилагане на подхода „отдолу-нагоре“ и „чуваемостта“ на младежите (отчитане на нуждите и потребностите им за успешна трудова и/или социална реализация).
