Scope overview
Through this contract, ACS is renewing it's A Safe Way Forward prevention program to serve families in Brooklyn. The service model provides families with both child welfare prevention services, including case management, and clinical therapeutic intervention for domestic violence. All services will be available to the survivor, child(ren), and person causing harm. This contract consists of 65 slots.
The term of this renewal is December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2028. The terms and conditions of the renewal remains the same as the underlying contract.
