A1496002 - Veldwezelt, PS Bampstraat: Renovatie leidingwerk, LS en plaatsen debietsmeter. PS Bampstraat te Veldwezelt is een 2+1 opstelling met 30.3 liter/sec (110m³/u) per pomp met een natte en een droge kelder. Nat opgestelde dompelpompen. Pompstation is omheind. Ligging pompstation op het einde van de Bampstraat Veldwezelt.
Verschillende onderdelen zoals ALSB, leidingen droge kelder, be /ontluchter, … hebben hun technische levensduur bereikt en daarom wordt er naar een algemene renovatie gekeken volgens de huidige standaarden van een pompstation. Alsook zullen er debietsmetingen worden geplaatst om het debiet van dit pompstation te kunnen opvolgen en monitoren.
Dit omvat hoofdzakelijk volgende werken: - Demontage en afvoer van het oude laagspanningsbord en oude sokkel. - Uitbreiden betonplaat voor plaatsen nieuwe laagspanningsbord. - Het plaatsen van een inox sokkel voor het plaatsen van een laagspanningsbord. - Leveren, plaatsen en aansluiten kabels en wachtbuizen, inclusief nieuwe betonboringen.
- Leveren, monteren en in dienst stellen van een algemeen laagspanningsbord (buitenkast en binnenkast) en lokale klemmenkastjes. - Mechanische werken in de droge kelder: leidingen, schuifafsluiters, terugslagkleppen, beontluchter en perrot koppeling vervangen en debietmeters plaatsen. - Aanwezigheid bij keuringen en indienstname samen met automatisatie.
- Bijstand verlenen tijdens de proefperiode en opstellen van as-built dossier.
