Scope overview
Aankoop van 4 universele boor-freesmachines met sturing. De toestellen zullen gebruikt worden voor educatieve doeleinden. Daarnaast zal de opdracht ook twee voorwaardelijke gedeelten bevatten. Binnen 5 jaar na gunning behoudt Odisee zich het recht voor om nog 2 extra machines aan te kopen (telkens één voorwaardelijk gedeelte). Het gaat om metaalbewerkingsmachines.
De gebruikte snijgereedschappen zijn voornamelijk uit snelstaal (HSS) en uit hardmetaal (volhardmetaal of carbide snijplaten) gemaakt. De boor-freesmachines moeten beschikken over een conventionele bediening met programmeermogelijkheid. De machines hebben een volledig afsluitbare omkasting. Het vermogen bij 100%ED moet liggen tussen de 5 en 10kW.
De bewegingskoers van de assen ligt binnen de grenzen: X-as: 400 – 750 mm Y-as: 350 – 500 mm Z-as: 350 – 500 mm De machine moet kunnen aangesloten worden op het bedrijfsnet: 3x400V – 50Hz. Odisee behoudt zich het recht voor om in de 2e fase een prijs te vragen voor overname van de huidige machines.
