Scope overview
SCOOP maakt, samen met nog 25 andere scholengroepen in Vlaanderen, deel uit van het GO! Onderwijs van de Vlaamse gemeenschap. Geografisch omvatten we alle GO!-scholen in de noordoostrand rond Brussel: van Grimbergen over Vilvoorde, Machelen, Zaventem, Kortenberg, Kampenhout, Tervuren en Overijse tot Hoeilaart. SCOOP beheert hier 11 basisscholen, 6 secundaire scholen, 1 academie voor podiumkunsten en 1 CLB.
Onze scholengroep bevat bovendien een internaat, een vestigingsplaats van een CVO en op drie campussen werken we samen met een autonoom kinderdagverblijf. SCOOP wenst voor haar instellingen een groepsaankoop te doen van controller-less indoor WiFi Access Points, inclusief software-gebaseerd beheersysteem en licenties. De accesspoints moeten compatibel zijn met het huidige controllerplatform.
De inschrijver mag slechts één type access point opnemen in zijn offerte.
Het Access Point moet voldoen aan volgende minimale technische vereisten : - PoE stroomverzorging - ondersteuning voor de recente 802.11ax standaard en voor de oudere 802.11a/b/g/n/ac standaarden - gelijktijdig zenden op 2.4Ghz en 5Ghz frequentie - beveiliging met anti-diefstalslot (type Kensington) - RADIUS-authenticatie - inclusief plafond bracket Het beheersysteem moet voldoen aan volgende minimale technische vereisten : - gebouwd als een volledig cloud native platform (geen omgebouwde on-premises controller) - beschikken over een coöperatieve control plane - oplossingen met ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2 Type II, en FedRAMP certificeringen.
- een volledig open REST API-framework, wat integratie met third-party systemen zoals ServiceNow, Splunk of custom dashboards mogelijk maakt. - geen hardwarecontrollers - Eén uniform platform voor WLAN, LAN en SD-WAN. - granulaire configuratie op afstand van AP's en draadloze netwerken, inclusief VLAN's - real-time monitoring van alle AP's m.b.v.
een dashboard - gecentraliseerd installeren van firmware-updates - raadplegen van statistieken over gebeurtenissen, toestellen, gebruikers, etc. - centraal beheer context-gevoelige user-policies voor toegangscontrole - ondersteuning bij troubleshooting van AP's - tools voor het uittekenen en plannen van nieuwe AP-installaties - functionaliteiten voor de ondersteuning van BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)
