Scope overview
De scope van de opdracht is: - Aanschaf van elektrische robotmaaiers inclusief bijbehorende laadstations t.b.v. maaien sportparken overeenkomstig Bijlage 2 Plattegronden sportvelden; - Jaarlijks onderhoud; - Winterstalling; - Instructie vrijwilligers inzake dagelijks onderhoud robotmaaier (schoonmaken, messen vervangen etc); De opdracht gaat in op 1 januari 2026 en eindigt op 31 december 2031.
Na deze periode is er nog de mogelijkheid om de overeenkomst tweemaal met een periode van 12 maanden te verlengen. Opdrachtgever zal uiterlijk 3 maanden voor het einde van de looptijd laten weten of het gebruik maakt van de verlengingsoptie. Indien opdrachtgever hier geen gebruik van wenst te maken, zal zij dit uiterlijk 3 voor het einde van de looptijd van de overeenkomst laten weten.
Na afloop van de initiële looptijd en 2 verlengingen eindigt de overeenkomst van rechtswege.
