Scope overview
Het lokaal bestuur Vilvoorde gaat over tot het aanstellen van een consulent dienst openbaar domein en de dienst gebouwen. Het betreft in eerste instantie een voltijdse tewerkstelling waarbij de consulent/expert 3,5 dagen/week wordt ingezet bij de dienst omgeving en 1,5 dagen/week bij de dienst gebouwen. De toelichting omtrent de verschillende taken is opgenomen in het technische luik van dit bestek.
Later kan dit gaan naar een 4/5de tewerkstelling: 2,5 dagen/week wordt ingezet bij de dienst omgeving en 1,5 dagen/week bij de dienst gebouwen. De dienst Openbaar Domein van de Stad Vilvoorde staat in voor het beheer van alle publieke buitenruimte. Zij staan in voor het verwezenlijken van alle doelstellingen die het beleid stelt voor het openbare domein.
Zij volgen alle projecten op van de (her)aanleg van het openbaar domein. De dienst staat in voor het onderhoud en beheer van de rioleringen, straten en voetpaden. Verder verleent de dienst vergunningen voor de innames en werken van de nutsmaatschappijen. De dienst gebouwen van de stad Vilvoorde staat in voor het onderhoud, beheer en ontwikkeling van het stedelijke patrimonium.
