De gemeente Overijse beschikt over een voetbalinfrastructuur op de site Hagaard. Deze bevindt zich aan de Bredestraat 80 te Overijse. Gedurende de werkzaamheden dient een tijdelijk onderkomen voorzien te worden voor de sporters waarin kleedkamers en sanitaire voorzieningen zijn opgenomen. Vermits de inhoud van de opdracht is het essentieel dat de inschrijver zich ter plaatse gaat vergewissen van de bestaande toestand en de moeilijkheidsgraad van de uitvoering van de opdracht. Het verplicht plaatsbezoek zal doorgaan op 25 maart 2026 na afspraak.
