Scope overview
Het aanstellen van een ontwerper voor: - het opmaken van een visieplan om de schoolsite van Ezaart futureproof en energieneutraal te maken tegen 2050. - het opmaken van een volledig dossier van schetsontwerp tot de realisatie van de uitbreiding en renovatie van de schoolgebouwen op de site van Ezaart, volgens de richtlijnen van AGION.
De opdracht bevat 2 fasen : • Fase 1: Het opmaken van een visieplan voor een futureproof en energieneutrale schoolsite tegen 2050.
• Fase 2: Na goedkeuring van het visieplan door het gemeentebestuur wordt de tweede fase van het dossier toegekend voor de realisatie van de uitbreiding en renovatie van de bestaande gebouwen om op korte termijn 416 leerlingen te kunnen huisvesten op de site van de basisschool Ezaart, volgens de algemene richtlijnen van het agentschap voor infrastructuur in het onderwijs van de Vlaamse overheid (AGION).
