Het Groenbedrijf Den Haag (GdBH) voert snoei en kap werkzaamheden uit bij bomen die langs het HTM tracé staan. Vanuit veiligheidsoogpunt dient de bovenleiding spanningsloos gesteld te worden.
Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het contracteren van een opdrachtnemer die HTM - erkend (categorie 5.3 bovenleidingwerk) is of een verklaring van beschikbaarheid over door HTM schakelbevoegd personeel te overleggen en de spanningsloos stellingen kan aanvragen, begeleiden en uitvoeren.
De scope van de aanbesteding is: - Opstellen en indienen van schakelbrieven bij installatieverantwoordelijke HTM - Spanningsloos schakelen bovenleiding door schakelbevoegd persoon buiten dagvenster - Planbaar werk onder toezicht van Groenbedrijf Den Haag; - Verzorgen van de benodigde aardgarnituur en meetapparatuur t.b.v schakelen bovenleiding.
