49, 10117 Berlin Art und Umfang der Leistung: Abbrucharbeiten- und Rückbauarbeiten nach DIN 18 459 Aufgrund einer Strangsanierung sowie der Umbau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen in allen Geschossen sind Abbrucharbeiten an Bodenbelägen, Wand- und Bodenfliesen, Estrichbelägen, Plattenbelägen, Unterdecken, Innenwandflächen sowie dem Ausbau von Innentüren, Brandschutztüren und WC-Trennwandanlagen notwendig.
Dazu sind ein Schwarz/Weißbereich einzurichten und Abbrucharbeiten in folgender Größenordnung durchzuführen. Folienabschottungen 150 m² KMF-Sanierungsbereiche ca. 170 m² Rückbau Bodenflächen 135 m² Rückbau Deckenflächen 135 m² Rückbau Wandflächen- / Beläge 200 m² Ausführungszeit: 10 Wochen (verbindlichen Einzelfrist) Ausführungszeitraum: 17. KW 2026 - 24. KW 2026 Abbrucharbeiten- und Rückbauarbeiten nach DIN 18 459
