Scope overview
Der Auftragnehmer hat für den Auftraggeber im Rahmen hoheitlicher Maßnahmen Fahrzeuge aller Art abzuschleppen, zu versetzen, zu bergen, zu transportieren, zu verwahren und bei Bedarf zu entsorgen. Der vom Auftragnehmer zu erbringende Leistungsgegenstand ist in Gebiets- und Fachlose aufgeteilt. Die Gesamtleistung ist auf 54 Lose aufgeteilt.
Angebote auf die vorgenannten Gebietslose und Fachlose können für mehrere Lose oder ein einzelnes Los abgegeben werden. Vom Bieter ist eindeutig anzugeben, auf welches Los oder welche Lose sich das Angebot bezieht. Auf jedem Preisblatt ist der Bezug zu einem Los oder mehreren Losen eindeutig kenntlich zu machen.
Es wird schon jetzt darauf hingewiesen, dass - sofern nicht unter normalen Bedingungen jeder Punkt des Zuständigkeitsbereiches in der vorgegebenen Reaktionszeit erreicht werden kann - das anbietende Unternehmen entsprechende Filialen/ Standorte in diesem Gebiet nachweisen muss.
