Scope overview
Erstellung der Anlagen sanitärtechnischen Anlagen für ein Forschungsgebäude, unterteilt in Technikum und Bürogebäude. Mit u. a. ca. 45 Doppelbüros, 12 Gruppenbüros, sowie ca. 20 Labor bzw. Arbeitsräumen mit angegliederten Nebenräumen. Zentrale Versorgung der Gebäude mit Trinkwasser kalt, Laborwasser kalt und VE-Wasser aus dem UG des Technikums.
Separate Schmutzwassernetze für Laborschutzwasser und normales Schmutzwasser. Leitung Laborschmutzwasser über Feststoffabscheider im UG des Technikums 1 Feststoffabscheider für Laborschmutzwasser, 1 VE-Wassererzeugung, 1 Druckerhöhungsanlage, bis 75 Sanitärobjekte, bis 1.900m Edelsthalrohr gepresst, bis 200m PP-rohr, bis 700m PE-Rohr, bis 6 Wasserzähler, bis 1.800m Rohrdämmung MiFa.
Wartung und Inspektion für eine Neuanlage in Verbindung mit deren Errichtung und Montage, Laufzeit 4 Jahre
