Scope overview
This service request is for month-to-month service or multi-year contract for internet services for ABILITY CONNECTION COLORADO, IRONTON, Entity Number: 16063294, 345 S IRONTON ST., AURORA, CO 80012-2006 as follows: Internet Access and Services, Cable, DSL, or Lit Fiber Service 10 Mbps to 2 Gbps, and for Copper/DSL not less than 40 Mbps down 20 Mbps up, if/where available (capacity dependent on comparable costs/benefit).
We will also consider bids for Fiber or Non-Fiber at other speeds if available, economically feasible and the technology meets our present and immediate future needs. Pricing should include costs with and without a managed router.
We also seek bids that include managed Routers: Provision, configuration, and maintenance; managed broadband services: reliable high-speed internet with technical support, Service Updates: Regular updates and upgrades for optimal performance and security. Submit proposals with service details, pricing, estimated taxes, and support plans.
Unresponsive bids, spam bids, and robo-bids received that do not meet minimum bid requirements, do not include site or project specific details and/or not responsive to requests will be disqualified. Bids must be received by February 28, 2025.
