Scope overview
Le présent marché concerne la réalisation de la prestation de réalisation, d’envoi et de traitement et d’analyse des enquêtes relatives : - Au Supplément de Loyer Solidarité (SLS) tous les ans – article L 441-9 du Code de la Construction et de l’Habitation - A l’Occupation du Parc Social (OPS) tous les deux ans - article L 442-5 du Code de la Construction et de l’Habitation Et ce, pour l’ensemble des locataires du Pouvoir Adjudicateur (Antin résidences et CPH Arcade VYV).
Ces enquêtes doivent permettre de fournir les éléments d’information nécessaires à la gestion des calculs de SLS, SLS forfaitaire et à la production des statistiques d’occupation sociale du parc immobilier par le Pouvoir Adjudicateur. L’objet du présent marché, est de réaliser ces enquêtes au sein du parc d’environ 23 000 logements gérés pour l’OPS, avec un volume de près 11 000 ménages soumis à l’enquête SLS.
