-Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre mono attributaire exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande en application des dispositions des articles L2125-1, R2162-1 à R2162-6 et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique (il s’agit de la nouvelle dénomination du « marché à bon de commande conclu avec un opérateur économique »).
-Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre à tranche ferme et à tranche(s) optionnelle(s) en application des dispositions mentionnées aux articles R2113-4 à R2113-6 du Code de la Commande Publique. -Une clause sociale est prévue comme précisé à l'article 7.4 du CCAP.
