Le périmètre de la prestation couvre le champ de la mise à disposition de : • L’évaluation des prérequis, • Contenus et actualisations des formations, • La mise en place d’un accompagnement des apprenants par du mentorat tout au long de la formation, • L’avancement et la progression des parcours via des reporting cadencés jusqu’à la réussite du salarié.
Ces prestations sont réalisées pour le compte de l’Entreprise sous le pilotage Pour Enedis : via la Direction de la Formation et de la Professionnalisation (DFP) en collaboration avec les Directions métiers concernées (l’ensemble des entités d’ENEDIS dont les Directions Régionales (DR), la DSI, la DDIN et la DIR2S, etc.).
Pour EDF SA et filiales : via l’Académie du Numérique et/ou le commanditaire du besoin Ces actions de formation et de professionnalisation s’adressent à plusieurs types de populations : - Population en phase de découverte de l’emploi, salariés en formation promotionnelle, salariés en reconversion vers un nouvel emploi, …, - Population en poste ayant besoin d’acquérir des compétences nouvelles, complémentaires et/ou de les renouveler, dans le cadre de leur Plan de Développement des Compétences.
En cours de marché, la mise en place d’un nouveau parcours pourra être demandé pour répondre à des besoins émergents.
