Le présent marché porte sur un accord-cadre avec une seule entreprise pour l’entretien des abords dans le complexe de logements de l’Office Central d'Action Sociale et Culturelle du ministère de la Défense (ci-après également OCASC) à Grâce-Hollogne et Rocourt.
Il s'agit d'un contrat d'un an avec la possibilité d'un renouvellement annuel dans les mêmes conditions au maximum 3 fois (voir point 2.5 du cahier des charges). La valeur maximale du contrat est de 60 000 euros. Le marché prend fin de plein droit ce qui arrive d’abord, soit au moment ce montant serait atteint soit après 4 ans.
