Scope overview
De aanneming bestaat in hoofdzaak uit : • het conform maken van de elektrische installaties aan de minimale voorschriften inzake veiligheid beschreven in het koninkluik besluit van 4 december 2012; • de renovatie, de vernieuwing of de uitbreiding van onder andere verlichtingsinstallaties met het oog op het verbeteren van het energieverbruik en de betrouwbaarheid; • de integratie van het op afstand monitoren en aansturen van de technische installaties; • het uitvoeren van algemene elektrische installatiewerkzaamheden; • het leveren, plaatsen en aansluiten van allerlei elektrische componenten zoals elektrische borden, kabels en kabelwegen (kabelbanen, buizen, …), stopcontacten en schakelaars, verdeeldozen, bewegingsdetectoren, verlichtingstoestellen, enz… Deze opdracht wordt in 3 percelen verdeeld : • Perceel 1 : District Centrum • Perceel 2 : District Noord • Perceel 3 : District Zuid
