L'accompagnement biodiversité vise à ce que la biodiversité puisse être prise en compte au mieux dans les projets de réhabilitation ou de construction de bâtiments ou d'aménagement d'espaces publics.
Cela comprend : - L'évaluation d'incidences sur la biodiversité des projets - La réalisation d'inventaires sur le(s) bâtiment(s) ou espaces publics à réhabiliter et ses alentours ; - L'accompagnement dans les procédures administratives liées à la réglementation « espèces protégées » ; - L'accompagnement dans la prise en compte de la séquence Eviter - Réduire - Compenser - L'accompagnement et le suivi des mesures en phase chantier pour assurer leur bonne mise en oeuvre ; - La définition de mesures avec la maîtrise d'ouvrage, la maîtrise d'oeuvre et les équipes travaux permettant de prendre en compte la biodiversité présente sur le bâtiment et ses alentours ou sur l'espace public, d'assurer son maintien et sa favorisation à l'issue des travaux ; - Le suivi des mesures mises en place en phase exploitation, pour évaluer leur efficacité.
Les projets de réhabilitation visés par le présent accord cadre correspondent à : - des projets d'amélioration des performances énergétiques par réhabilitation des parties extérieures des bâtiments et/ou d'isolation des combles, - des projets de démolition sans reconstruction, - des projets de ravalement de façades. - des projets de construction d'un ensemble immobilier (bâtiment et VRD).
