Scope overview
Procédure adaptée ouverte soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 3°et L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. La présente consultation a pour objet l'insertion sociale et professionnelle d'habitants de département du Cher, durablement exclus du marché du travail ou qui rencontrent des difficultés d'accès ou de maintien dans l'emploi.
Le Département du Cher confie au candidat retenu des prestations d'appui et d'accompagnement à l'emploi dans le cadre d'un atelier et chantier d'insertion régi par l'article L.5132-15 du code du travail.
Ces prestations prennent appui sur des activités d'entretien l'entretien, l'élagage et l'aménagement des abords des Pyramides et ces zones parkings route de Guerry qui ne sont que le support de la démarche d'insertion objet du marché. L'accord-cadre mono-attributaire sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires.
L'accord-cadre est conclu à compter du 04/05/2026 ou de la date de notification du contrat si celle-ci est postérieure au 04/05/2026.
