La commune d'Issy-les-Moulineaux et la commune de Ville-d'Avray ont constitué un groupement de commandes pour l'achat de fournitures scolaires. Le coordonnateur du groupement est la commune d'Issy-les-Moulineaux.
Le présent marché a pour objet l'achat de fournitures scolaires destinées aux écoles publiques des communes d'Issy-les-Moulineaux et de Ville d'Avray, aux RASED qui interviennent dans les écoles maternelles et élémentaires des villes, ainsi qu'aux animations du temps du midi, aux garderies maternelles et élémentaires, aux activités hors temps scolaires, aux activités jeunesse et intégrées et aux bibliothèques.
Le présent marché est passé selon une procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert conformément aux dispositions des articles L.2124-2 et R.2124-2 du Code de la commande publique. Le marché n'est pas alloti au sens des articles L.2113-10, L.2113-11,2° et R.2113-3 du Code de la commande publique, car son objet ne permet pas l'identification de prestations distinctes.
Le présent marché est accord-cadre de fournitures monoattributaire traité à bons de commande sur la base de prix unitaires en application des articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4,2°, R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique.
Il est sans montant minimum annuel et comporte un montant maximum annuel global de 265 000 Euros H.T, décomposé ainsi : Issy-les-Moulineaux : 210 000 Euros H.T annuel ; Ville-d'Avray : 55 000 Euros H.T annuel.
Le marché prendra effet à compter du 20 mai 2026 ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure, pour une durée d'un (1) an renouvelable trois (3) fois par reconduction tacite, soit une durée maximale de quatre (4) ans.
