La valeur faciale du titre est fixée à 8 €. Le titulaire doit être en mesure de fournir les trois formats et d’assurer leur gestion sans surcout pour la collectivité. Le présent mode de fonctionnement s’appliquera pour toute la durée de l’accord‑cadre, sous réserve des évolutions règlementaires susceptibles d’en imposer la modification.
