Prezentul contract de servicii vizează determinarea utilizării resurselor Programului Sănătate având în vedere criterii precum: eficacitatea, eficiența, relevanța, vizibilitatea, impactul și, după caz, caracterul incluziv și nediscriminatoriu al resurselor, inclusiv din perspectiva genului precum și modul în care acestea au contribuit la atingerea țintelor noului obiectivelor tematice dedicate.
Întregul proces de evaluare este important pe de o parte pentru factorii responsabili cu implementarea Programului Sănătate, iar pe de altă parte, pentru factorii interesați, pentru cercetătorii din mediul academic etc.
