Scope overview
Acordul – cadru se va incheia pe o perioada de 4 ani (48 luni), cu cel mult 5 operatori economici. Valoarea maxima a acordului-cadru va fi 3.630.000 lei fara TVA, reprezentand contravaloarea lucrarilor cadastrale efectuate pentru inregistrarea a 7.000 imobile in intravilan si 1.000 imobile in extravilan.
Valoarea minima a acordului-cadru va fi 98.890,00 lei fara TVA pentru cadastrarea a 184 imobile in intravilan si 53 imobile in extravilan. Acordul-cadru se va semna cu primii 5 ofertanti ierarhizati in ordinea decrescatoare a punctajului obtinut in urma aplicarii criteriului de atribuire „Cel mai bun raport calitate – pret” cu factorii de evaluare descrisi in Caietul de sarcini.
Contractele subsecvente se vor atribui prin reluarea competiţiei între operatorii economici care sunt parte in acordul-cadru, ierarhizarea ofertelor si stabilirea clasamentului facandu-se in ordinea descrescătoare a punctajului obtinut în urma aplicarii criteriului de atribuire „Prețul cel mai scăzut”. Contractele subsecvente se vor atribui exclusiv offline fără intermediul platformei SICAP.
