Il se propose d’utiliser une partie de ces fonds pour effectuer des paiements autorisés au titre du marché à commande suivant : « l’acquisition de mobilier de bureau au profit de l’ONARIZ ».
La passation du Marché sera conduite par la procédure de demande de cotations telle que prévue au point 5.1 « Règlement de Passation des Marchés pour les Emprunteurs sollicitant le Financement de Projets d’Investissement », sixième édition de février 2025 ».
La participation à la concurrence est ouverte à toutes les personnes physiques ou morales pour autant qu’elles ne soient pas sous le coup d’interdiction ou de suspension et en règle vis-à-vis de l’administration. À cet effet, Vous voudriez bien nous faire parvenir votre meilleure offre au plus tard le 10 décembre 2025 à 10 heures 00 minute.
La demande de cotations pourra être retirée au secrétariat de l’Unité de Gestion du PRSA-BF.

L'ouverture des plis aura lieu le mercredi 10 décembre 2025 à partir de 10 heures 30 minute à l’adresse ci-dessus indiquée. La soumission des offres par voie électronique « ne sera pas » autorisée. Les offres remises en retard (hors délai) ne seront pas acceptées.
Une garantie de soumission de cent quatre-vingt mille (180 000) est exigée, en FCFA ou dans une monnaie librement convertible Les soumissionnaires resteront engagés par leurs offres pour un délai minimum de soixante (60) jours, à compter de la date limite de remise des plis. Le délai d’exécution est de trente (30) jours.
L’administration se réserve le droit d’accepter, de rejeter toutes les offres ou d’annuler la procédure de demande de cotation à tout moment avant l’attribution du marché ou de ne pas donner suite à cette demande de cotations sans être tenue de fournir les raisons de sa décision.
