La definición y características técnicas de los suministros incluidos en el objeto de este Acuerdo Marco se realizarán en el PPT que rige esta licitación. Las personas licitadoras están obligadas a presentar oferta de todos los suministros incluidos en el objeto del contrato debiendo cumplir las especificaciones técnicas y los valores mínimos de calidad establecidos en el PPT.
