L’incarico ha ad oggetto la redazione del progetto di fattibilità tecnico economica dell'intero intervento sull'immobile denominato "Santuario e convento del Sacro Cuore" - Via San Francesco d'Assisi, Alessandria, di proprietà della Diocesi di Alessandria, ed inoltre redazione del progetto esecutivo, coordinamento della sicurezza in fase di progettazione, direzione lavori e coordinamento della sicurezza in fase di esecuzione relativamente al primo lotto previsto dei lavori.
L’incarico ed i lavori sono finanziati con fondi di cui al decreto interministeriale n. 279 del 07/11/2023. La Provincia di Alessandria gestisce la procedura di affidamento per conto della Diocesi di Alessandria, ente destinatario del finanziamento e committente delle prestazioni.
