Afzet van herbruikbare grond De afzet van grond van de gemeente Amsterdam wordt gecoördineerd door de afdeling Bodem, onderdeel van Grond en Ontwikkeling.
Het gaat om de verwerking/toepassing van schone en herbruikbare grond afkomstig van: 1) een gronddepot in beheer van de gemeente Amsterdam waar de grond wordt geclassificeerd als Landbouw/natuur, klasse Wonen of klasse Industrie (locaties betreffen: Top Noodstort in het Westelijk havengebied, de Noorder IJplas, Buiteneiland of een nog te openen gronddepot ) of 2) een gemeentelijk project: de grond is definitief gekeurd op locatie en er is geen eigen gemeentelijk project waar de grond nuttig toegepast kan worden.
Omdat ook voor de aankomende jaren de verwachting is dat de gemeente Amsterdam niet alle vrijgekomen grond zelf kan hergebruiken, wil de gemeente Amsterdam de afzet van dit type grond opnieuw aanbesteden door een nieuw DAS (Dynamisch Aankoop Systeem) in te gaan richten.
