Scope overview
Binnen deze aanbesteding staat de levering van gifvrij gekweekte beplanting centraal. Gifvrij gekweekte beplanting kan worden aangetoond door middel van een Skal-certificaat of een MPS-GreenerGrown***-certificaat. De gewenste beplanting is opgenomen in de inschrijvingsstaten per perceel (bijlage 2).
Gedurende de raamovereenkomst kan binnen nadere opdrachten worden gekozen om andere soorten beplanting te bestellen die buiten de inschrijvingsstaat vallen. Dit gebeurt middels een nadere offerteaanvraag binnen een nadere opdracht op grond van artikel 17.2.1 van het ARW 2016. Per nadere opdracht kunnen naast generieke eisen, ook specifieke eisen worden gesteld aan de betreffende kweekopdracht.
Deze eisen worden vastgelegd in het generieke Programma van Eisen (bijlage 3) en de (eventueel nader te verstrekken) specifieke Programma’s van Eisen per nadere opdracht.
