Scope overview
In het kader van deze Aanbesteding is de Gemeente voornemens de dienst veiligheidsinspecties elektrische installaties af te nemen. Het betreft installaties en voorzieningen in de openbare ruimte. De inspecties hebben betrekking op onder andere de volgende assets: openbare verlichting, verkeersregelinstallaties (VRI) en verkeersinformatiesystemen (VIS). Voor een volledige afbakening van de scope zie paragraaf 1.2.
Vanuit de zorgplicht worden laagspanningsinstallaties en daaraan verbonden elektrische arbeidsmiddelen periodiek geïnspecteerd op veiligheid en functioneren. Deze inspecties mogen uitsluitend worden uitgevoerd door bevoegde en gecertificeerde inspecteurs. Daarmee vormt naleving van deze norm een essentieel onderdeel van het bredere veiligheids- en beheerbeleid van de gemeente.
Elektrische installaties met de aangesloten elektrische installaties en apparatuur kunnen een gevaar opleveren. Om aan de zorgplicht met betrekking tot de elektrische gevaren te kunnen voldoen wil de Gemeente Amsterdam de risico’s van de elektrische installaties en apparatuur kennen om hier het herstel en beleid op af te stemmen.
Door de inspecties tijdig en veilig uit te laten voeren voorkomt de gemeente uiteindelijk onveilige situaties zoals elektrocutie, brandgevaar of het uitvallen van essentiële infrastructuur, door signalering van gebreken en risico's in deze installaties
