Scope overview
The school is requesting Category 1 services as follows:quantity [1] minimum 300 Mbps, maximum 300 Mbpsquantity [1] minimum 50 Mbps, maximum 1 GbpsAll proposals must comply with FCC LCP rules as well as state and local laws.
By submitting a bid on the requested services herein, the vendor certifies that its proposed prices are consistent with the FCCs Lowest Corresponding Price (LCP) requirements and that its equipment and services are compliant with the FCCs Security Rules Order (FCC 19-121).Only service providers which have a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), an FCC Registration Number, and are bonded will be considered.
In addition, only service providers which meet the following specific conditions will be considered: (1) can demonstrate an ability to provide the managed services requested by the school, and CIPA compliant services as required byUSAC, (2) can demonstrate an ability to provide support for the schools entire range of ineligible services, (negotiated separately), (3) will start services on July 1st and accept fixed monthly payments amounting to the undiscounted monthly school share, per SPI terms,for the requested term, (4) agree to provide multi-year MIB Services, and (5) agree to receive the discount funds only when funding is approved by USACBe advised that generic, boilerplate, or automated proposals will not be considered.
