Scope overview
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to Druck, LLC (CAGE Code 1CE49) on a sole source basis for the procurement of one (1) Air Data Test Set (ADTS), P/N ADTS405-5643 in support of the H-60 Domestic Program. The Government intends to procure the above effort under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1.
The Government does not own the data rights. A competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. All responsible source are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Point of Contact is Mr. Kyle Welge, kyle.a.welge.civ@us.navy.mil.
