Compensation assumptions: LFR, LLC, 61 BROADWAY, SUITE 2400, NEW YORK, NY, 10006, 914-819-8491, WILL IMPLEMENT A STUDENT FUNDRAISING PROGRAM AND PROVIDE FUNDRAISING SERVICES; LFR, LLC CHARGES A FIXED FEE OF $50,000 PER AGREEMENT YEAR WHICH SHALL BE PAID OUT IN EQUAL MONTHLY INCREMENTS IN WHICH THE MONTHLY FEE SHALL BE DUE AND PAYABLE ON THE FIRST DAY OF EACH MONTH STARTING JANUARY 1, 2023 (BEGINNING IN THE SECOND AGREEMENT YEAR AND EACH AGREEMENT YEAR THEREAFTER, THE MANAGEMENT FEE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO AN INCREASE IN AN AMOUNT EQUAL 3%; THE CONTRACT WITH THE AIR FORCE ACADEMY FOUNDATION RUNS FROM JANUARY 1, 2024 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2028; THE CAMPAIGN WILL RUN FROM JANUARY 1, 2024 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2028.
LFR, LLC DOES NOT EMPLOY ANOTHER FIRM TO SOLICIT DONATIONS ON BEHALF OF THE AIR FORCE ACADEMY FOUNDATION. LFR, LLC DOES NOT AT ANY POINT HAVE CUSTODY OR CONTROL OVER CONTRIBUTIONS.
