Ajoratamaalaukset 2026-2028 + mahdollinen optio 1 vuotta Kemin kaupungin ympäristötoimen yleisten alueiden prosessit pyytää tarjoustanne ajoratamaalauksista kesäkausille 2026 - 2028. Sopimukseen sisältyy myös mahdollisuus yhteen (1) optiovuoteen. Urakka sisältää kaikki merkintöihin liittyvät työt (ennakkomerkinnät, mittaustyöt ja liikenteenohjauksen). Työt suoritetaan Kemin kaupungin hallinnoimilla alueilla.
Tarjouslomakkeessa olevat määrälaskennat ovat arvioita (ei tilaajaa sitovia) laskentaa varten. Varsinaiset työmäärät ja työkohteet sovitaan aloituskatselmuksessa. Yksikköhinnat tulee antaa arvonlisäverottomina (alv. 0 %). Vuotuiset urakka-ajat ovat 1.6 - 31.8 ja pääosa töistä tehdään kunkin kesäkuussa.
Hankinnan valintaperusteena on kokonaistaloudellinen edullisuus ottaen huomioon tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa esitetyt vertailuperusteet. Vertailuperusteena on halvin hinta. Vertailuhinta on yksikköhintojen summa. Hankinnasta on tavoitteena solmia sopimus yhden (1) halvimman hinnan jättäneen toimijan kanssa. Sopimus tehdään JYSE 2025 pohjaisena. Hankinnan arvioidaan ylittävän hankintalain 25 §.,
