All bid responses or questions should be sent to frank@erateallstars.com. Although not a mandatory requirement, service providers should indicate if they are willing to invoice USAC directly, providing the school with the applicable discounts on their monthly billing.
The email subject of your response should be titled with the school name and Form 470 # for which you are bidding. The school, at their discretion, may reject responses sent to the incorrect email address and/or with the incorrect email subject. All ineligible charges must be clearly identified and cost-allocated. If applicable, also list any taxes, fees, or surcharges.
