Scope overview
Alavieskan oppilaskuljetuskilpailutus reiteille 4,5,7 ja 8 Hankintaan kuuluu: -Alavieskan kunnan oppilaskuljetukset lukuvuoden aikana, jotka toimivat samalla myös avoimena joukkoliikenteenä autossa ollessa tilaa Liitteenä on yhdistelmä lukuvuonna 2025–2026 ajettavista oppilaskuljetusreiteistä (Liite 1). Liitteen mukaiset reitit ajetaan lukuvuonna 2025–2026 ja käytetään olettamina tarjouskilpailun ratkaisemisessa.
Reitit tarkistetaan lukuvuosittain. Liikennöinti voi joko lisääntyä tai vähentyä vuosien välillä. Tilaaja ei sitoudu vähimmäismääräkuljetuksiin, vaan reitit ja tarvittavat kuljetukset muotoillaan vuosittain tarpeen mukaisesti. Liikennöitsijälle toimitetaan ennen lukuvuoden alkua oppilaslista kuljetukseen osallistuvista. Tarjoajan tulee huomioida, että oppilaslistoihin voi tulla muutoksia sopimuskauden aikana.
Sopimuskausi Alavieskan kunnan oppilaskuljetuksissa on 1.8.2026-31.7.2026 (+1 mahdollinen optiovuosi 1.8.2029-31.7.2030). Oppilaskuljetusta järjestetään vain koulun työpäivinä, jotka tarkentuvat vuosittain. Kuljetus tapahtuu klo 7.00–16.00 välisenä aikana, poikkeuksina koulujen joulu- ja kevätjuhlat.
