Scope overview
Die Planungsleistungen umfassen eine eingeschossige Aufstockung der Rossentalschule Albstadt in Holzmodulbauweise auf dem vorhandenen Schulgebäude mit rund 2.000 m² Bruttogrundfläche. Die Bauarbeiten sollen möglichst während des laufenden Schulbetriebs stattfinden.
Schmutz- und lärmintensive Tätigkeiten werden – soweit realisierbar – in schulfreien Zeiten wie den Ferien oder am Nachmittag durchgeführt. Die Fertigstellung und Inbetriebnahme der Aufstockung sind spätestens zum Beginn des Schuljahres 2030/31 geplant.
