I tillegg skal det i denne kontrakten utføres ombygging av veger inklusive elektro- og VA-arbeider rundt Albertatunet.
Albertatunet er eit planlagt omsorgsbygg i sentrum av Florø som skal innehalde 100 institusjonsplassar, ny base for heimetenestene, legevakt, dagaktivitetstilbod samt trening/rehabiliteringslokaler og kafè. Det vil være arbeidsplass for totalt 150-200 tilsette, og bygget skal utformast i hh til husbanken sine krav for institusjonsplassar og dagaktivitetstilbod.
Byggeprosjektet skal gjennomføres i to etterfølgende utførelsesentrepriser K1 og K2, samt K3 og K4 som tiltransportere entrepriser, etter følgende inndeling: - K1: Grunnarbeider, VA-arbeider, råbygg inkludert fundamentering (pågår) - K2: Tett hus og innredning (fast), tekniske fag og utomhusarbeider + vegarbeider.
