ADF WILL BE BILLED AT A RATE OF A) $3.15 PER COMPLETED CALL FOR DONOR RENEWAL SERVICES; B)$3.55 PER COMPLETED CALL FOR SUSTAINER RELATED SERVICES; C) $3.05 PER COMPLETED CALL FOR LAPSED DONOR RENEWAL SERVICES; D)$2.60 PER COMPLETED CALL FOR DONOR ACQUISITION SERVICES; OR $43.00 PER LOGGED HOUR FOR OTHER CONTACT CALLING.
