Scope overview
Itä-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue kilpailuttaa tällä hankinnalla yhden toimittajan puitejärjestelyn ambulanssien hankinnasta. Hyvinvointialue hankkii vuonna 2026 puitejärjestelyn sisällä kolme (3) ambulanssia ja näistä tilaus tehdään heti kun hankintapäätös on lainvoimainen ja puitesopimus on allekirjoitettu.
Hankintayksikkö suunnittelee hankkivansa puitejärjestelystä korkeintaan yksitoista (11) ambulanssia sen voimassaoloaikana. Hankinnan ennakoitu arvo on noin 2 500 000. Hankintayksikkö ei sitoudu hankittavaan määrään. Hankinta rahoitetaan Itä-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialueen omalla leasing-rahoitussopimuksella.
Ambulanssien tulee olla voimassa olevien lakien, asetusten sekä viranomaisten määräysten, standardien ja ohjeiden mukainen, ellei tarjouspyynnössä tai sen liitteissä muuta mainita. Vaatimukset ambulansseille varusteineen on mainittu liitteessä " Alustan ja korityön tekniset ja toiminnalliset vaatimukset " (Liite 1).
Kaikkien tarjouspyynnössä mainittujen tarvikkeiden ja varusteiden, mukaan lukien ajoneuvo, tulee olla uusia ja käyttämättömiä.
