5.2.3 On call duties, will be at the discretion of the COR. 5. 5.8.4 & 16.3.3 Health center looks at pricing and LPTA is one they look for as well, along with the best value, and other factors. 6 . 9.1 Base Year + 4 Option Periods. 7. 12.5 Removed 8. 16.5.4 These are instructions, put administratiave assistants. 9. 16.6.1 & 16.6.2 Leaving as is. All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged.
