Amendment to Solicitation SPE300-26-R-X004 Contract Dates and Tiers

The following contract changes have been made to Solicitation SPE300-26-R-X004 in the issuing of this Amendment effective February 5, 2026. 1. Any change in the place(s) of performance cited in this offer and in any resulting contract is prohibited unless it is specifically approved in advance by the Contracting Officer at no additional charge to the Government. An offeror no longer using, possessing, or having access to an offered facility, as described in an offeror's proposal, may result in an offeror's proposal being considered unacceptable. 4.
