Scope overview
Die Arbeitsmarktliche Massnahme Berufliche Integration plus (AMM BINplus) unterstützt Kundinnen und Kunden mit geringen Sprachkenntnissen in der Zweitsprache (Deutsch oder Französisch) bei der Wiedereingliederung in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt.
In der AMM BINplus wird die Teilnehmerin oder der Teilnehmer in folgenden Kompetenzbereichen gefördert: Bewerbungskompetenzen, Sprachkompetenzen, Deutsch oder Französisch (nach dem fide-Ansatz), IKT-Kompetenzen, arbeitsmarktrelevante Selbst- und Sozialkompetenzen. Die AMM BINplus dauert maximal 12 aufeinanderfolgende Arbeitswochen.
Während dieser Zeit besucht die Teilnehmerin oder der Teilnehmer verschiedene Einheiten im Einzel- oder Gruppensetting. Die AMM BINplus findet vor Ort statt. Der Auftrag besteht darin, die Arbeitsmarktliche Massnahme Berufliche Integration plus (AMM BIN Plus) durchzuführen.
