Ämmässuon eteläisen hyötykäyttöalueen käsittelykenttä 2, rakennusurakka 27570 TP 10-26 Urakassa rakennetaan Ämmässuon Ekoteollisuuskeskukseen noin 2,3 ha kokoisen kenttäalueen maanrakennustyöt jätevoimalan seulotusta ja ympäristökelpoisesta kuonasta (tilaajan materiaali) käsittäen mm. vesihuollon järjestelmiä, kaapeli- kaivoja ja vetoputkia, erotinjärjestelmä sekä sähkötöitä tarjouspyyntöaineiston mukaisesti.
Päällysrakenteet toteutetaan vuonna 2027 erillisessä urakassa. Urakoitsija toimii työmaan pääurakoitsijana, jolle sisältyy työmaan johtovelvollisuuksista ja työmaapalveluista vastaaminen. Urakoitsija toimii rakennustyön turvallisuudesta vastaavana päätoteuttajana.,
