Andalusia School Seeks Fiber and Cable Internet Connectivity Proposals

ANDALUSIA SCHOOL is seeking proposals for a 300Mbps Dedicated Symmetrical Fiber connection to be load-balanced with a secondary 50/2000Mbps Cable connection for total, aggregated bandwidth. Multiple connections in a load balancing setup are allowed per location. The school is seeking competitive bids for both services separately or as a combined package.

All bid responses or questions should be sent to frank@erateallstars.com. Although not a mandatory requirement, service providers should indicate if they are willing to invoice USAC directly, providing the school with the applicable discounts on their monthly billing. The email subject of your response should be titled with the school name and Form 470 # for which you are bidding.

The school, at their discretion, may reject responses sent to the incorrect email address and/or with the incorrect email subject. All ineligible charges must be clearly identified and cost-allocated. If applicable, also list any taxes, fees, or surcharges. Any bids that do not address the actual services or equipment requested on this form will be automatically disqualified.
